Returns & Exchanges

At GateKeeper Off-Road, we stand behind our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside the box.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
